Shop Policies
** DELIVERY & RETURNS **
Items are made-to-order, and we aim to dispatch in 1-2 working days. Order cancellations are accepted for 8 hours after purchase. We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by mailing systems. If your package arrives damaged or defective, you must provide pictures of the damage. If an item is defective, we will replace the said item or issue a store credit. No refunds will be issued. We will review every instance on a case by case basis. Our store is also not responsible for problems that are not reported within three days from the delivery date.
** CUSTOM ORDERS **
We love to do custom orders and can customize most of our existing designs for an additional cost. If you have any special requirements, design ideas, or any questions at all, please get in touch! Designs must be in vector format or a high enough resolution for printing. Please message us prior to ordering for details.
PLEASE NOTE! Custom items can’t be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size or spelling. Please check out carefully our size chart before placing your order!
**RUSH ORDERS**
If there is a specific date that you need your order by, please put that information in the notes to seller section during checkout and we will do our absolute best to accommodate that date. However, we will charge a RUSH order fee along with a possibility of a RUSH shipping fee depending on your location.
**SHIPPING**
All items are shipped with default UPS or USPS insurance in the value of the order up to $100. If your package or product is damaged in transit, please file the appropriate claim with USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm) or UPS (https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page). Retain all packaging when filing a claim as you may be asked to bring it into your local UPS or USPS office for visual inspection in order to process the claim. All claims handling and insurance payout is through the carrier services. We are not liable for damage to packages in transit and we do not offer refunds for damages where insurance coverage is provided by the carrier. We do not replace orders that are damaged where insurance coverage is provided by the carrier, but we will work with you to expedite a replacement on a new order placed. For additional coverage on orders over $100, please select ROUTE Insurance at checkout; in the event of any damage – you will file a claim directly with ROUTE.
**WASHING**
Please handwash items with warm soapy water and hand dry.
