REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We have a zero return policy. All sales are final, and we do not allow returns on any of our products. Please check your order details for accuracy prior to placing your order. Once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to your order.


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: Wright Stitchery LLC, 101 Emma Ct, Linden NC 28356, United States.

*If your item was damaged during shipping, we will ask if you chose to have shipping insurance on your package. The Insurance option on your package is chosen at checkout.

If you do not choose to have insurance, we will not be able to exchange your product. If you do have insurance on the package, we may require you to file an insurance claim with the postal service for the package and place another order for the item.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All items are shipped with default UPS or USPS insurance in the value of the order up to $100. If your package or product is damaged in transit, please file the appropriate claim with USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm) or UPS (https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page).

Retain all packaging when filing a claim as you may be asked to bring it into your local UPS or USPS office for visual inspection in order to process the claim. All claims handling and insurance payout is through the carrier services. We are not liable for damage to packages in transit and we do not offer refunds for damages where insurance coverage is provided by the carrier. We do not replace orders that are damaged where insurance coverage is provided by the carrier but we will work with you to expedite a replacement on a new order placed.

For additional coverage on orders over $100, please select ROUTE Insurance at checkout; in the event of any damage – you will file a claim directly with ROUTE.
